1. Order Confirmation
Thank you for placing your order with Perfume Atelier. Once your order is confirmed, please follow our delivery and payment guidelines to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

2. Parcel Checking & Delivery
* Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person before making payment.
* Carefully check the product’s condition, colour, and quantity to make sure everything is correct.
* If you notice any damage, leakage, or other visible issues, please report them to us immediately and follow the return procedure.
* Once the delivery person has left, complaints regarding visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products may not be accepted.
* An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim regarding damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect products.

02 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to receive your order in the best possible condition. Please follow the guidelines below if you experience any issues.

Eligible for Return or Refund
If your product arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, we will arrange a return or refund, subject to verification of the issue.

To request a return or refund:
* Record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment you open the parcel.
* Make sure the product and any damage are clearly visible in the video.
* Contact us as soon as possible after receiving the parcel and share the unboxing video as proof.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund
* Returns or refunds are not available if you simply dislike the fragrance or are unhappy with how it smells.
* Please choose your fragrance carefully before placing an order, as perfume preferences can vary from person to person.

03 Perfume Decant Return & Refund Policy

Please note that all perfume decants, including 3 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, 15 ml, and other sizes, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
This policy applies even if you dislike the fragrance after trying it.

Why do we have this policy?
* Once a decant has been opened or used, it cannot be reliably resealed or restocked as a new product.
* Opened or used decants cannot be resold as new due to hygiene and quality-control concerns.
